2. Services

Our company provides repair, maintenance, and calibration services for medical and laboratory equipment. All services are performed by certified technicians. A detailed scope of work and quotation will be provided before any service is initiated.

3. Quotations and Payment

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various forms of payment, which will be detailed on the invoice.

4. Warranty

We provide a limited warranty on all repairs. The warranty covers parts and labor for the specific repair performed and is valid for a period of 90 days unless otherwise specified. This warranty does not cover issues arising from misuse, neglect, or new faults unrelated to the original repair.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data or profit, arising out of the use or the inability to use the equipment.

6. Governing Law

These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dubai for the resolution of any disputes.
